I love an eclectic reader! My tastes range all over the place, though I have to admit I haven't yet explored the whole romantasy genre. I keep a lot of unread books in my TBR pile - both hard copy and audio books - so that no matter my mood, there's always something that will appeal. I also love hunting through our local "little free libraries" to see what might pique my interest. I've found some great reads there that I would not have otherwise tried!

Nice! I have a ton of TBR books as well, sometimes I feel like there's SO many books and SO little time, lol.

Great post! Thank you. When I had a 3 month sabbatical we did a house swop to Columbus OH (from England) and found ourselves in German Village. Loved Columbus and made some good friends there. My Substack post last Sunday started off talking about my time there!

Have fun in Hawaii

Wow a house swap, that sounds so cool! I'm glad you had a great experience with Columbus (German Village is a really great neighborhood). I read that post you mentioned--it's great. I love fall in the midwest, it's absolutely gorgeous.

There are so many ideas in the post - I want more! I want to know about Obsidian - how does it help the ADHD brain (feeling like social media has done that to my thought processes). Audience - write for you maybe? Reaching for the rainbow..just perfect. If we look at the world through the eyes of our children, we can remind ourselves that the rainbow is reachable.
